The motor was from 2004, the sensors and remote controls were missing after tenants moved out, and the springs were weakened due to it being a heavy two car garage door. After the estimate, I wasn’t able to commit that day given I needed the electrical wiring redone first. A month and a half later, I contacted the company again. Work completed efficiently in 1.5 hours on a Saturday. Lifetime warranty on a heavy duty, new motor and five year warranty on the springs. My garage door now works perfectly. Assaf reached out to me and offered a good deal as an option to get a new system on top of new garage door opener. Him and his partner worked it and within 2.5 hours it was all done. James HornerAfter nearly 20 years, my garage opener failed. I call Garage door experts based off the google reviews. I spoke to support about my problem. They sent out a technician 3 hours later that same morning. Assef arrived on time, diagnosed my issue and explained several options. I decided to change out everything for the belt drive design. Unit came with MyQ technology and a outside keypad. The entire install took less the 1 hour. Assef is knowledgeable and highly friendly. I can't find one negative thing about the whole experience. On top of that, the new unit comes with a lifetime warranty. I made the right call. For now on, it'll be the only call I make for all my garage door needs. 👍🏻Posted on Google

Their response was extremely quick to schedule an appointment for the estimate to replace my broken spring.. The technician arrived promptly, evaluated the broken spring and provided three cost estimates based on spring longevity.. The estimates seemed reasonable so I authorized the work to be done which he did immediately. The technician was quick and polite. The only thing that did not work out was that I chose the mid-priced option but after choosing it the technician said he did not have that spring on the truck. He offered to go back to the shop and get the right spring or I could go with the more expensive option which he did have on the truck. Hmmm.
