Assaf came out to give me a free estimate the next day. The motor was from 2004, the sensors and remote controls were missing after tenants moved out, and the springs were weakened due to it being a heavy two car garage door. After the estimate, I wasn’t able to commit that day given I needed the electrical wiring redone first. A month and a half later, I contacted the company again. Work completed efficiently in 1.5 hours on a Saturday. Lifetime warranty on a heavy duty, new motor and five year warranty on the springs. My garage door now works perfectly. I call Garage door experts based off the google reviews. I spoke to support about my problem. They sent out a technician 3 hours later that same morning. Assef arrived on time, diagnosed my issue and explained several options. I decided to change out everything for the belt drive design. Unit came with MyQ technology and a outside keypad. The entire install took less the 1 hour. Assef is knowledgeable and highly friendly. I can't find one negative thing about the whole experience.
